Our Recent Work

As well as creating programmes for families, individuals and groups, NoteWorthy also specialises in accessing major UK events or ceremonies such as Trooping the Colour, Order of the Garter and off-the-radar events. Here is some of our recent work;

Charity Gala Dinner - March

NoteWorthy hosted two tables at the tenth anniversary Gala Dinner of a Charity, who’s President and Patron is HRH Prince Charles.  Sixteen clients flew into London especially for the exclusive event and as well as having the unique opportunity to meet HRH Prince Charles personally, took in the chance to enjoy sightseeing in London and around the UK and Ireland during their visit.

The Queen’s 90th Birthday - June

NoteWorthy hosted 30 clients during Trooping the Colour. Guests took their seats to witness Her Majesty The Queen inspect her troops, followed by watching the fly-past and a surberb lunch served in the nearby barracks.

Order of the Garter – June

Each year, NoteWorthy hosts a small number of individuals to witness The Order of the Garter at Windsor Castle. The Queen, as Sovereign of the Order, attends the service along with other members of the Royal family in the Order.

Royal Ascot – June

NoteWorthy arranges access to one of the world’s most famous weeks in the racing calendar. Due to our personal connections, each of our clients are escorted by a member of the racing fraternity to take advantage of their knowledge, friends and access to places others do not get to witness.

Traditional British Experiences - June

To assist with the design of a new worldwide product, NoteWorthy was chosen to ensure a group of Chinese designers experienced Great Britain and were exposed to our country's colours, people and culture.  After a VIP meet and greet from their plane, the NoteWorthy team worked with their specialist Chinese guide and translator to provide traditional London experiences and behind the scene access to some of London’s most prestigious buildings.

VIP with entourage - October

NoteWorthy arranged access, accommodation and VIP touring for a group of 40 guests over 7 days in Paris and London. Experiences included private viewings of the Mona Lisa and Louvre Museum.

Downton Abbey Private Tour - Yearly

For many years, the Earl and Countess of Carnarvon have granted NoteWorthy exclusive access to Highclere Castle for private, guided tours of the real Downton Abbey. Each year we host both large groups and families who have gained a real insight into the making of this hit TV series.

20 American guests enjoyed exclusive access to all things ‘Downton Abbey’.

The group enjoyed a private reception at Highclere Castle, followed by lunch in the Castle's State Dining Room (the very dining room and table in ‘Downton’ itself!) and were able to walk in the footsteps of the whole cast in the nearby village of ‘Downtown’, Brampton.

Whilst in London, the group also delighted in a private screening of the season premiere of Downton in the company of Jim Carter, better known as Carson, the butler.

Torch Relay - London 2012 Olympics

NoteWorthy won the bid to implement and manage the logistics for a major corporation and provide a full hospitality programme for their worldwide clients. NoteWorthy designed the programme in ten locations across Great Britain for over 1,000 VIP guests.

The Queen's Jubilee Pageant - June 2012

NoteWorthy secured HMS Belfast for an exclusive private Jubilee celebration. Our 200 guests were treated to fine dining and had a wonderful view of the passing flotilla on the River Thames.

Royal Wedding Event - April 2011

As soon as the engagement of HRH Prince William and Catherine Middleton was announced, NoteWorthy secured a luxury private suite directly overlooking the entrance to Westminster Abbey, giving our 200 guests an amazingly unique view combined with non-stop premium hospitality during the royal wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
